Fullstack Developer

We are excited to present an opportunity with our multinational client, a leader in the financial sector. They are seeking to onboard a Fullstack Developer for a new project. Position: Fullstack Developer

Location: Remote (Poland) with occasional travel to Warsaw

Employment Type: B2B Contract

Duration: 1-year contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business requirements adhering to agreed architecture and designs.
• Commit unit-tested code to the code repository.
• Deliver assigned tasks within specified timelines to the expected quality.
• Adhere to coding standards and design principles as outlined by senior technical stakeholders.
• Support various stages of the development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with the resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Over 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in Java 17, REST APIs, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Batch, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Experience with containerization platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of messaging/integration tools like Kafka.
• Preferred cloud experience with Azure.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows, particularly Redux.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
