Working Mode: Fully Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Operate team, handling L1, L2, and L3 tickets
• Serve as the primary contact for the customer, providing Monthly and Weekly status updates
• Fluent communication in Polish with business users and stakeholders
• Lead and manage the team, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
• Handle stakeholder management and provide detailed reporting
• Apply ITIL knowledge and experience in process implementation
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity expertise
• Strong technical knowledge in Java, J2EE, and Oracle
• Experience with WSR and MSR reporting
• Expertise in Risk Management and Escalation Handling
