Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a hybrid basis in Krakow, Poland. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading end client in the travel technology industry, driving business analysis and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Break down and prioritize team backlog to ensure efficient workflow.
• Analyze business/customer problems and identify product gaps.
• Provide input on both technical and business aspects of requirements.
• Collaborate with the team during sprint planning and execution.
• Offer insights for go/no-go decision-making for each release in coordination with key stakeholders.
• Accept and sign off on stories at completion.
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies.
• Work closely with Product Managers and interface with Marketing/Customer teams to understand business problems.
• Develop Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) as needed.
• Verify accuracy of release notes, SAN, and User Guides in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Own and drive the sizing process.
• Conduct customer demos as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology-related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) / Business Analyst (BA).
• Strong understanding of Airline, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), or Travel Technology domains.
• Advanced computer software skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
