Dear Consultant,

We are reaching out on behalf of our multinational client, who is undertaking an Omnichannel Migration from Genesys On-Premise to Genesys Cloud. They are seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in contact center technology on the Genesys platform to support this migration. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile Scrum environments and possess strong technical knowledge of the Genesys suite.

• Development experience using Genesys or other contact center technologies would be preferred.
• Experience with or knowledge with Genesys/NICE/Verint Workforce or call recording solutions.
• Design and Develop Routing Applications for Voice and Multi-Channel on Genesys Cloud application
• Experience in building calls flow, chat flow, on Architect tool on Genesys cloud.
• Experience with Voice integrations and set up with Telecom vendors.
