Operator – Pedestrian (Temporary Contract)

Locations:

• Utrecht, Netherlands (1 position)

• Wroclaw, Poland (1 position)

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Operations Lead to collect high-quality imagery in planned public and outdoor locations.

• Operate various client equipment while managing public interactions and maintaining professionalism under all conditions.

• Organize and ship materials, secure and maintain equipment, and submit detailed daily reports covering operations, expenses, and image captures.

• Contribute to the upkeep of rental vehicles as required by the project.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Gsuite and basic communication tools.

• Preferred but not mandatory photography experience.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with a calm approach when interacting with the public.

• Ability to travel locally and, depending on project needs, be away from home for extended periods.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be physically fit to carry a 23kg/50lbs backpack for 4-5 hours a day.

• Language proficiency in Dutch (for Utrecht) or French, or the local language as required (for Wroclaw); additional language skills are a plus.

Contract Details:

• Temporary monthly contract with a 2-week notice period; typically extended monthly, with an expected duration of at least 2-3 months depending on project scope.
