Manage, maintain, and support applications ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement CI/CD principles using Azure DevOps, Maven, and automation tools.
- Ensure IT risk and security compliance, including vulnerability management and patching.
- Set up and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions (Grafana, Elastic, Kibana).
- Handle incident, problem, and change management following ITIL best practices.
- Work on security management to protect applications and infrastructure.
- Strong experience with Oracle SQL and RDBMS (12c or higher).
- Proficiency in Linux (Bash) scripting for automation and system management.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Maven).
- Knowledge of monitoring & alerting solutions and SRE best practices.
- Experience in vulnerability management, patching, and security enforcement.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Being the go-to person for troubleshooting and mentoring team members.
- Experience with Kafka (cluster management, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, etc.).
- Knowledge of Database Change Data Capture concepts and tools like Oracle GoldenGate, Fivetran HVR, and Qlik Replicate.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c.
- Familiarity with UAC scheduler and XFB file transfer.
- Experience in complex corporate environments and financial systems (Lending, Banking, etc.).
- Knowledge of issue trackers like ServiceNow and collaboration tools like Confluence.
- Proactive mindset in introducing improvements and innovations.
- Ability to find alternative solutions and solve problems efficiently.
- Open-minded approach with a willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and collaborate with teams across the organization.
