Project Coordination for SAP Project

Are you passionate about IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and SAP? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to support the coordination and management of strategic IT infrastructure projects, specifically in the SAP domain. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a project coordination environment and has a solid understanding of cloud and IT governance.

Location: Remote

Rate: 900-1,000 PLN/day

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various project tasks within the strategic IT infrastructure and Cloud domain to ensure smooth project execution.
• Project Overview Maintenance: Keep SAP Cloud ALM updated with accurate project status and overview.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage reports using SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring end-to-end reporting from IT infrastructure to application levels (no development skills required).
• Meeting & Stakeholder Support: Organize and support project meetings, including moderating, minute-taking, and organizing sprint planning sessions.
• Ticket Management: Ensure ticket requirements are well-defined and dependencies are accurately tracked.
• Quality Assurance for IT Integration: Oversee the qualitative aspects of IT infrastructure integration, ensuring accurate project assignments and plausible checks.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and update business-relevant glossaries and ensure all required project documentation is available.
• Progress & Risk Analysis: Assist in tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring timely mitigation.
• Organizing & Moderating Meetings: Coordinate, moderate, and document sprint planning and stakeholder meetings.
• Success Communication & Reporting: Create management reports and strategic presentations, highlighting the success and impact of IT projects on the business.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Project Management & Coordination: You can handle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
2. SAP Cloud ALM & SAP Analytics Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM for project updates and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting.
3. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess progress, evaluate risks, and help shape strategic decisions.
4. Communication & Moderation: Excellent at facilitating meetings, documenting discussions, and clearly conveying complex information.
5. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud environments, IT infrastructure, and service management principles.
6. Documentation & Reporting Competence: Skilled in creating, maintaining, and presenting project documentation, reports, and glossaries.
