Senior CI/CD Transformation Program Manager/Lead (Remote, EU - B2B Contract)

Dear Consultant,

We are looking for a Senior CI/CD Transformation Program Manager/Lead to drive a critical CI/CD and Test & Release transformation program. This is a remote B2B contract role open to candidates based in the EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Test & Release MVP for an Azure Transformation Program
• Collaborate with consultants to design a Test & Release strategy for applications migrating to Azure, Private Cloud, and on-prem environments
• Define the migration approach for applications and data
• Drive the Time to Market with Quality (TTMQ) initiative:
• Reduce T2M by 25%
• Increase predictability from 78% to 85%
• Enhance CI/CD adoption and define an efficient approach for breaking down value slices
• Improve Test and Release processes through Design and Automation for Hybrid Environments

Required Skills & Experience

Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience

Proven expertise in Test & Release Automation

Experience with Performance Testing & Automation

Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Environments

Ability to lead complex migration and transformation initiatives
