🔹 Location: Kraków, Poland (Preferred Hybrid, but Remote is an option)

🔹 Type: B2B Contract

🔹 Languages: Polish B1/B2

🔹 Availability: Immediate joiners or max 1-2 weeks’ notice

🔹 Role & Responsibilities:

✔ Tech Leadership – Minimum 8+ years of experience, including 3 years as a technical design lead

✔ Iteration Planning – Break down technical requirements into tasks for sprints

✔ Coding & Development – Hands-on development, debugging, and testing Java-based applications

✔ High-Level Design (HLD) – Create and maintain architectural designs

✔ CI/CD & DevOps – Work with modern development tools to streamline continuous integration and deployment

✔ Cross-Team Collaboration – Cooperate with other development teams to build new capabilities

✔ Issue Troubleshooting – Solve problems in both test & production environments

✔ Scrum Practices – Participate in Scrum ceremonies and work alongside a Scrum Master to improve development processes

✔ Deployment & Feature Releases – Support deployment and release cycles

✔ Innovation & Optimization – Continuously improve application stability, performance, and security

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Java Expert – Deep understanding of Java development and modern frameworks

✅ Tech Leadership – 3+ years as a technical lead

✅ CI/CD & DevOps – Hands-on experience with development and continuous integration tools

✅ Unix/Linux Knowledge – Strong knowledge of Linux-based environments

✅ Agile & Scrum – Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

✅ Strong Debugging Skills – Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues

✅ Documentation & Best Practices – Maintain technical documentation and follow best coding practices
