Senior Java Full Stack Engineer (B2B Contract) WP

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to join our multinational clients team on a B2B contract basis. The role requires close collaboration with teams located in the United States, hence working hours are set from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Poland time to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM CET (Poland Time)

Engagement Type: B2B Contract

Collaboration Model: Remote with overlap during U.S. business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks
• Design and implement back-end solutions with J2EE, JDBC, JMS, and frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Vertex
• Build responsive user interfaces using Angular or React JS, Node.js, and Material Design principles
• Integrate with messaging systems such as Kafka, and leverage caching/data platforms like Redis and NoSQL databases
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL, DB2, and Oracle, including writing optimized SQL queries
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD processes using tools like GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Chef, SonarQube, and JUnit
• Apply OOP principles and design patterns to develop maintainable, well-structured code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across time zones and effectively manage multiple priorities

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java Full Stack development
• Expertise in J2EE, JDBC, JMS, and Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Batch/Vertex
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks: Angular or React JS, Node.js, and Material Design
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, or NoSQL datastores is a plus
• Deep understanding of MySQL, DB2, and Oracle databases
• Proficient in SQL (both simple and complex queries)
• Solid knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools supporting CI/CD workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
