We are looking for an experienced Mid ML Engineer for an international startup, with a relocation opportunity to Spain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in ML, AI, or a relevant field.
• 4+ years of practical experience with deep learning models, including industry-specific applications
• Fine-tuning models from scratch
• Hands-on proficiency in various machine learning technologies, particularly NLP and LLMs
• Familiarity with AI tools 
• Knowledge of GPU architecture fundamentals
• Experience with Python, using libraries like PyTorch and HuggingFace
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and deploying AI solutions in cloud-based environments
• Proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Spanish
• A Ph.D. in a relevant field 
• Advanced knowledge of unsupervised machine learning for time series data
• Proven experience in training and deploying deep learning solutions on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a focus on NLP and LLMs from scratch
• Optimize and fine-tune deep learning models for performance and accuracy in real-world applications
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate ML solutions into client-facing production environments
• Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models to ensure reliability, efficiency, and accuracy
