Senior Python Engineer with Microsoft

Your responsibilities

• Modernize Identity & SSO: Contribute to architecting and implementing cutting-edge identity management solutions using Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Shape how configuration flows downstream to other systems, ensuring seamless management of identities, passwords, and access controls.
• Drive the adoption of IaC/CaC principles, automating deployments and streamlining system configurations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define best practices and push technological boundaries for secure, reliable services.

Our requirements

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, and Azure services.
• Skilled in Python development, with a track record of building scalable, maintainable code.
• Approaches challenges with an engineering-first perspective; this is not purely a sysadmin or scripting role.
• Capable of driving architectural decisions and influencing long-term technology strategies.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) to coordinate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Awesome to Have

• Terraform: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools to automate cloud and on-premise environments.
• JavaScript: Comfortable with scripting and front-end or server-side code to expand development versatility.
