Rate: 180-230 pln net/h (depends on experience)

About the Role

The Data Architect will design and implement the architecture, standards, and best practices for scalable Data Hubs supporting analytical, reporting, operational, and Generative AI use cases. This role ensures data quality, governance, and system scalability while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Key responsibilities:

• Design scalable Data Hubs integrating multiple sources.
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices for data engineering.
• Architect batch and real-time data processing pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
• Optimize performance, storage, and processing efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and drive knowledge sharing.

Required skills and experience:

• Expertise in Azure data services and Databricks.
• Strong data modeling, governance, and security knowledge.
• Experience with streaming and batch data processing.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and automation tools.
• Leadership experience in defining and implementing architectural standards.

Technology stack:

• Primary Tools – Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake.
• Azure Services – Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Event Hubs.
• Development & Automation – Python, SQL, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker.
