About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Business Analyst to support lead Product Owner in developing data products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Compensation) to gather, analyze, and document requirements. 
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories and technical specifications for developers. 
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to validate requirements and align on priorities. 
• Maintain clear documentation of business terms/ processes and workflows. 
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience as Data Business Analyst or similar position.
• Ability to write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria. 
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, requirements collection & validation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (esp. JIRA, Confluence)
• Knowledgeable with Azure data services, PowerBI & Databricks
