📌 PROJECT:
While we already have several business-critical data products and models to maintain and improve, we are also a small department on a big change journey. We therefore invite you to take on a key responsibility in the ongoing development and maintenance of our data foundation. We work in product teams in an agile setup and our aim is to have clear priorities, collaborative processes and curious minds.
📌 TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, test and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate data workflows.
- Utilize Databricks to build scalable data solutions and optimize performance.
- Ensure data quality, integrity and security across all data engineering processes.
- Ensure adherence to Client's best practices and Ways of Working.
- Establish and promote best practices for version control using git.
- Collaborate with PS Sustainability team to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
📌 SKILLS:
- Strong proficiency in with Databricks.
- Extensive experience with git and managing version control.
- Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Domain leadership experience, i.e. the capability to mentor and guide team members.
- Fluency in English.
