About the Project
We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Operations Manager to lead and shape a high-performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations function within the Cloud & Corporate Infrastructure of a global enterprise.
You’ll play a critical role in transitioning key IAM services (PKI, DNS, AD) from external vendors to an internal operations team. This position will be central to delivering a secure, scalable, and globally consistent IAM service.
Though the role is remote-first, you should be available for occasional in-person workshops or meetings in Warsaw or Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the IAM Operations team under Core Identity Services.
- Design and implement IAM operational processes, best practices, and documentation.
- Drive the insourcing initiative and contribute to the IAM roadmap alongside the Product Owner.
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day IAM services (PKI, DNS, AD) with focus on SLA/KPI compliance and performance.
- Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventative actions for IAM services.
- Leverage ServiceNow data insights to enhance service quality and team efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IAM policies, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop IAM Operations Engineers, in coordination with HR.
- Collaborate across departments (Security, Network, Global IT) to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Introduce and refine automation, tools, and processes to improve scalability and security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in IAM or infrastructure operations within a complex enterprise environment.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience in IAM or IT operations roles.
- Expertise in IAM technologies and concepts, including:
- Identity lifecycle management
- Access management / SSO / MFA
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Hands-on familiarity with IAM platforms, directories, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ideally IAM-related certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISM, CISSP).
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in English (B2 level)—written and spoken.
- Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, banking, etc.) is a plus.
