Responsibilities:

• Management of the ERP environment, including its administration, development and performance optimization.
• Management of the technical team - support, mentoring and motivating employees.
• Close cooperation with the finance and controlling departments in order to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Identification of areas for improvement and implementation of changes that will increase the efficiency of the system.
• Reporting to senior IT management and participation in developing the company's technological strategy.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing ERP systems and leading technical teams, supported by successes in these areas.
• High communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cooperation at various levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of ERP system architecture, integration and optimization.
• Practical knowledge of financial processes and experience in cooperation with financial departments.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
• A proactive approach to work and a desire for continuous improvement.
