About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI & Data Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing AI systems, databases, and cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support AI model deployments, and manage various data processing and orchestration tools.

Your Responsibilities

🔹 AI & ML Operations: Maintain and troubleshoot Gen AI systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

🔹 Data Engineering: Assist in data preprocessing and integration for AI model deployments.

🔹 Database Management: Support PostgreSQL operations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

🔹 Kubernetes & Cloud: Oversee Mirantis Kubernetes clusters and ensure optimal resource allocation.

🔹 Workflow Automation: Monitor and optimize Apache Airflow DAGs for efficient execution.

🔹 Big Data Operations: Manage Hadoop clusters and troubleshoot data processing tasks.

🔹 Monitoring & Logging: Create and manage Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts.

🔹 DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience with cloud-native technologies, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

✔ Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database management & data warehousing.

✔ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

✔ Experience with AI/ML technologies and supporting production AI models.

✔ Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk and log aggregation strategies.

✔ Hands-on experience with Hadoop and big data ecosystems.

✔ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
