Lead Business Architect (PEGA)

Location: Warsaw

Hybrid model: 1-2 days a week working from the office

Language: Polish & English (fluent in verbal and written communication)

Rate: up to 190 PLN/H net + VAT, B2B

Utilize your extensive experience in business analysis and PEGA to make a significant impact. We are seeking a motivated professional with a Pega certified business architect certification and a strong background in defining business processes in the financial sector. Your expertise will drive effective communication across teams and facilitate the delivery of top-quality solutions for our client.

Main Responsibilities

As a Pega Developer, you will lead the business team in gathering and implementing requirements leveraging the Pega system software.

• Define business processes using the Pega platform.
• Manage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
• Create requirement artifacts such as BRDs, Functional specs, and User stories.
• Document features, epics, and capabilities in JIRA & Confluence.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to requirements management best practices.
• Assist in the design and configuration of rules and flows.
• Transform business requirements into data mapping specifications.
• Deliver user interface requirements, including mockups.
• Apply understanding of Pega methodologies and SAFe Agile principles.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in PEGA development.
• Pega-certified business architect certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of business process definition in the financial sector.
• Proficiency with documentation tools like JIRA & Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Understanding of interface integration technologies.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools is a plus.
