Project Specialist / Junior PMO

Location: Taśmowa, Warsaw, Poland

Industry: Global Transport and Logistics

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the Warsaw office)

Rate: 50-65 PLN/h

Contract: B2B or umowa zlecenie

Project Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension)

Language: English (minimum B2+/C1)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the implementation of EDI, API, and ESB systems, in line with internal procedures and instructions.
• Taking responsibility for planning, managing, deploying, mitigating risks, and following up on integrations, including:
• Verifying integration requirements
• Ensuring data quality
• Implementing integrations
• Monitoring and controlling KPIs
• Managing implementation team members
• Coordinating communication strategies for all project integrations
• Participating in meetings with internal and external partners and customers
• Preparing documentation (instructions, maps, checklists, reports) related to the implemented integrations, ensuring they meet client standards
• Collaborating with different teams for change management and proactive project planning
• Managing complex, solution-driven stakeholder relationships (mainly internal stakeholders) based on project needs and governance setups.
• Reporting to integration stakeholders, including the implementation team, executives, and CINTO management.
• Contributing to product and tool standardization efforts.
• Working closely with other teams within the same process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Goal-oriented with a focus on problem-solving at all organizational levels
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
