As our Client transitions to its own CRM service, we seek a Senior Salesforce CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to support the CRM Manager in ensuring a smooth migration.

Working closely with PWC (integrators) and the development team, you will be key in validating solutions, overseeing system administration, and ensuring seamless implementation of new maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor in vendor management, challenging and validating proposed solutions
• Support the validation and implementation of new maintenance processes
• System administration and ongoing support
• Assess training needs and deliver training to end-users
• Lead project and change management activities
• Design and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Key Skills & Experience

✔ Senior Salesforce CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with Sales Cloud expertise

✔ Manufacturing Cloud experience (highly preferred)

✔ Development skills are a plus (minimal coding required)

✔ Experience working on large-scale international projects

✔ Strong background in process analysis, project management, and change management

✔ Excellent communication skills, fluent in English – capable of engaging both technical and business audiences
