Senior BI Analyst with ETL

PROJECT INFORMATION:

• Location: Gdańsk - hybrid
• Rate: up to 135 pln/h net + VAT, B2B
• Project language: English, Polish

YOUR TASKS:

• Preparation and development a BI solution hosted currently on DB2 to modern environments.
• Designing and optimizing data models for performance and scalability in modern BI environments.
• Migrating and integrating data from DB2 to Snowflake and other modern analytics platforms.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to understand analytics needs and align BI solutions with user requirements.
• Data quality analysis.
• Monitoring query and ETL process performance.
• Stakeholder management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BI experience in terms of data modelling and transformation.
• Knowledge of DB2, Snowflake and Alteryx or Power BI.
• Ability to deep dive into legacy systems data, and processes.
• Ability to document as-is processes, draft requirements for future solutions and do data mapping.
• Understand architectural principles.
