Detailed description of work task to be carried out
We need an experienced Senior IT Analyst who will support us with defining and managing requirements and scope for one of the projects within the Data Privacy area.
- You will be responsible for eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) by cooperating with different stakeholders, e.g. business, architects, developers, testers, legal, and compliance.
- You will be cooperating with multiple stakeholders (business, architects, developers, and testers/QAs in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions).
- You will be facilitating workshops to collect the inputs required.
- You will be supporting the Design phase (development of High-Level Design, Low-Level Design documentation).
- You will be supporting the Build phase (e.g. software development).
- You will be supporting process modeling and the creation of relevant documentation.
- Securing requirements traceability during solution development.
- Being responsible for requirements documentation (incl. use cases) and quality improvement.
- Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub.
- (Mandatory) Experience (3+ years) in the profession of IT Analyst and/or Business Analyst.
- (Mandatory) Experience with structured Requirements Management & Analysis methods and standards (e.g. BABOK, CPRE).
- (Mandatory) A certificate within the Requirements Management & Analysis area (e.g. BABOK, IREB CPRE).
- (Mandatory) Experience in working in the IT industry.
- (Mandatory) Experience in working in the Data (understood as Technology or Architecture) area.
- (Advantage) Experience in working within a financial services customer environment.
- (Advantage) Experience in working within the Data Privacy (GDPR) area.
- (Advantage) A certificate within the Data Privacy (GDPR) area (e.g. ISACA CDPSE, IAPP CIPP/E, IAPP CIPT).
- (Advantage) Experience with deployment of data privacy platforms based on products/services from at least one of: OneTrust, TrustArc, Priverion, Wired Relations, Responsum, and Dastra.
- Experience in working within the Security area.
- Have great stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Have effective and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Have a strong business and technical background, with great analytical and requirement specification skills (functional and non-functional).
- You are a self-driven, team player, with very good communication and collaboration skills.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and familiarity with international collaboration.
- You are familiar with the Agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) will be an advantage.
