Introduction & Summary:

emagine is searching for skilled freelance IT consultants for the role of ServiceNow - System Administrator / Developer. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ServiceNow management and development, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive decision-making. As a trusted partner of our clients, you will play a critical role in enhancing our clients’ operational capabilities while contributing to emagine’s growth and reputation.

Main Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the ServiceNow - System Administrator / Developer will be to ensure the efficient functioning of the ServiceNow platform and to develop tailored applications to meet client needs.

• Manage daily operations of the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
• Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring high system availability.
• Document system changes and updates.
• Provide technical support and training for ServiceNow users.
• Design and develop reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Fluent in professional English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI initiatives and automation tools.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
