Rate: up to 60 PLN net/hour

Join our dynamic and forward-thinking team as a Test Engineer, where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of cutting-edge telco processes. You’ll work in an autonomous and collaborative team of approximately 20 members, contributing to both new developments and the optimization of existing processes.

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to uphold high-quality standards.
• Execute manual tests based on pre-prepared scenarios or create new ones using Gherkin (BDD) based on acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and maintain the integrated testing environment to ensure stability.
• Communicate effectively about dependencies, risks, and potential delays to keep the team aligned.

Who You Are and What You Know:

We are looking for a proactive, analytical thinker who:

• Has a solid understanding of IT systems, including how applications communicate with backends and external systems.
• Possesses practical knowledge of API testing (e.g., GET, POST) and reading Swagger documentation.
• Is experienced with Gherkin (BDD) and manual testing techniques, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on testing experience.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to improve manual test coverage and overall quality.

Bonus Skills That Would Be Useful:

• Experience with tools like KIBANA, JIRA, or XRAY (JIRA plugin for test execution).
