Remuneration: up to approximately 150 zl/h net+vat

Location: hybrid model 1x/week in the office in: Warsaw/Gdansk/Gdynia/Lodz

Duration: Long-term cooperation

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the scope of the workstream
• Accountable for refinement of requirements
• Responsible for the output of the workstream (refined features meeting DOD)
• Responsible for tracking development through to implementation
• Guiding the workstream refinement teams on priority
• Breakdown of features with Solution definition leads
• Drive communication internally and with direct stakeholders
• Accountable for Risk, Issue & Dependency management for the workstream refinement teams
• Responsible for Risk/Issue unblocking together with the delivery manager
• Accountable for Features prioritization within the Workstream
• Workstream & milestones status reporting

Requirements:

• 10+ years in senior roles (project manager, programme manager, delivery manager) in workstream or project delivery with Project Management competences; structured, planning, disciplined
• Risk/Issue management with a strong “get things done” attitude
• Extensive experience in global financial institutions
• High quality documentation for status reporting
• Clear understanding how the workstream scope links to the overall vision
• Good domain and AML competence, understanding financial crime risks and controls and KYC
• Extensive stakeholder management experience
• Formulate spotlight and options papers to a level which can be presented to senior leaders
• Act as a role model by creating atmosphere of confidence, learning and trust.
