Intermediate Embedded Developer

You are expected to enhance and maintain existing DeltaV products, including real-time embedded firmware in controllers and field devices directly controlling the process, and develop the next-generation DeltaV system.We look forward to seeing your application! 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code adhering to market best practices and standards 
• Investigate and debug issues for best product robustness 
• Support the team in designing and implementing complex features and solutions 
• Participate in CI/CD tools and frameworks development 
• Take part in agile events, supporting your team with expertise during planning and refinements

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field and 3+ years of related experience or a master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field and 2+ years of related experience
• Experience with the development of embedded real-time firmware using C/C++
• Experience using object-oriented design techniques.
• Experience with low-level microprocessor programming, including PowerPC and ARM processors.
• Experience with software testing, including test-driven development and automation.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (at least B2 level)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

• Experience with commercial real-time embedded operating systems (QNX, Embedded Linux or similar)
• Knowledge and experience working in the process control industry is considered an asset.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum Team
