AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications, ensuring scalability and performance
• Lead the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to production deployment
• Optimize deep learning and machine learning models for accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Architect and implement MLOps pipelines for automated training, monitoring, and deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and cloud architects to integrate AI models into enterprise solutions
• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art AI technologies (LLMs, transformers, GANs, reinforcement learning, etc.)
• Ensure AI solutions align with ethical AI principles, security standards, and compliance requirements
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, sharing best practices and technical expertise
• Contribute to AI strategy and roadmaps, influencing key business and technical decisions

Requirements:

• Mid: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Senior: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Architect: 8+ years of experience with AI/ML, including AI system design and architecture
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face)
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C++
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5), NLP, computer vision, and deep learning architectures
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI)
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and vector databases
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on highly complex AI challenges
• For Architect Level: Proven experience in AI architecture design, technical leadership, and large-scale AI system deployment
