Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

·      Take lead and drive requirement and analysis work that involve multiple stakeholders, to design sustainable and value adding KYC and FCP solutions

·      Perform data analysis and data modelling to support solution design

·      Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) supported by established frameworks and tools

·      Secure requirements traceability during end-to-end development

·      Being responsible for requirements documentation and provide know-how throughout the entire software delivery value stream

·      Build contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other. This to be able to bridge between business stakeholders and our developers, and to support in building and prioritizing the product backlog

Requirements:

Experience and Background:

·      Experience in IT Analysis and Requirement Management

·      Experience in Modelling, Data Mapping and Data Migration will be an advantage

·      Experience in Process Modelling

·      User Interface - prototyping and design

·      Experience with KYC related initiatives and financial anti-crime area is a plus

·      JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, App Dynamics, UML, BPMN, SQL experience is good to have

Skills:

·      Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team environment

·      Have great analytical skills and business understanding

·      Are proactive, detail-oriented while also seeing the bigger picture, and quality driven

·      Are able to do multitasking and drive several analysis tracks simultaneously

·      Have very good communication skills

·      Are a strong believer in Agile methodologies, continuous improvement and Lean practices

An advantage would be:

·      Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector

·      Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API

·      Practical knowledge of Kafka

·      Practical knowledge of PEGA CLM and KYC
