Business Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team within a scaled agile delivery framework, deployed to a scrum team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to create user stories, define acceptance criteria, and secure sign-off from business stakeholders. This role involves working with the development team to identify the best solutions for delivering changes through simple, small increments that facilitate testing and learning

Project Overview: A long-term project with a leading telecommunications company, the largest mobile and fixed network operator in Europe and the world’s largest IoT connectivity provider. The project spans 5 years and involves developing the company's online presence, including a new eShop, marketing site, mobile app, and smart assistants. Digital Development is responsible for Web, App, and Platform engineering capabilities within the domain, including scrum masters and technical product owners

Team Structure: The teams are mixed, consisting of both our company and client resources, working together using Agile and SAFe methodologies

Additional Information: The interview process includes three phases: CV assessment, internal interview with the project representative, and a client interview. Candidates will be evaluated on their team management skills and technical expertise

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to create detailed user stories and define clear acceptance criteria
• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure all requirements are understood and agreed upon
• Work alongside the development team to explore optimal solutions for implementing changes incrementally
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
• Utilize a technical mindset to identify and address lower-level dependencies within the scrum teams and architecture

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience, including:
• Agile methodologies
• Business Analysis (BA) experience, with at least 1 year of writing user stories and leading refinement sessions
• Technical knowledge, with experience working with APIs being advantageous
• Client-facing experience
• Proficiency in Requirement Definition as the key skill, with secondary skills in Use Cases and User Stories, and Agile Team Practices
• Fluency in English is required
