The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Senior Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects, working with cutting-edge cloud solutions to drive business transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices while guiding a team of developers. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, providing innovative solutions, and applying a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting requirements using AIM/OUM or other methodologies.
• Maintaining and enhancing Oracle Fusion finance modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Participating in design reviews and functional discussions to map client requirements.
• Designing module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
• Leading Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, Training, and Testing sessions.
• Assisting business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Preparing test scripts, training materials, and other quality deliverables.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Fusion Finance.
• Hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle implementations in Fusion Finance modules.
• Prior exposure to Oracle EBS Finance (preferred).
• Strong experience in client-facing delivery roles.

Bonus qualifications:

• German or French language skills.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA certifications.
