The Opportunity

We are seeking a Cloud Oracle Fusion ERP Solution Architect – Lead to join our Technology Consulting practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, ensuring successful project delivery and business transformation for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Solution Architect – Lead, you will be responsible for leading implementation projects, ensuring compliance with best practices, and guiding a team of consultants. You will work closely with stakeholders, conduct client design reviews, and take ownership of solution delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading requirements gathering and documentation using AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Overseeing design and delivery of Oracle Fusion finance modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Conducting client design reviews, guiding discussions, and ensuring alignment from offering to delivery.
• Managing and mentoring technical and functional consultants throughout the implementation process.
• Taking ownership of solution delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Mapping client requirements against Oracle Fusion modules and delivering tailored solutions.
• Handling Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, Training, and Testing.
• Supporting business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Developing and delivering training sessions and quality documentation.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Finance.
• Leadership experience in at least two full-cycle implementations and participation in four implementations as a team member.
• Prior experience with Oracle EBS Finance (preferred).
• Proven experience in client-facing delivery roles.
• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.

Bonus qualifications:

• German or French language skills.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA certifications.
