What You’ll Do 

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Golang. 
• Work on RESTful APIs and microservices to support cutting-edge applications. 
• Collaborate with international teams in an Agile environment. 
• Optimize and troubleshoot application performance. 
• Write clean, maintainable code and ensure best practices. 

What We Expect 

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development, particularly with Golang. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes. 
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools. 
• Strong communication skills in English (Polish is a plus). 

Nice to Have 

• Understanding of event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). 
• Familiarity with gRPC, GraphQL, or monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana.
