Participation in the operational management of a complex cloud infrastructure
Processing requests in the ticketing system
Initial identification of incidents reported by the monitoring system
Performing scheduled maintenance tasks, cooperating with third-line support teams and external vendors
Contributing to the knowledge base development
Coordinating activities in emergency situations
Engaging in interesting and innovative IT projects
Handling Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud service requests
Requirements:
Willingness to work in a shift system (24/7 service)
On-site work required from 9 AM to 5 PM during the first month of onboarding, which takes place at the Warsaw (Wola) office; after this period, a hybrid work model is offered
Knowledge of IT technologies
Ability to quickly acquire technical knowledge
Experience working with system software (Windows, Linux) and tool-based applications
Familiarity with virtualization, high availability, monitoring, and backup concepts
Responsibility and the ability to independently solve problems
Very good command of English (B2/C1 level)
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure at a level sufficient for initial ticket analysis
Google or Microsoft certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)
Understanding of IT security threats
Knowledge of network monitoring systems: Zabbix, Grafana, Alerta
