IT Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting users in resolving issues related to the use of computer hardware and installed software
• Assisting users with office equipment
• Installing software and performing minor computer hardware repairs
• Installing software and performing minor computer hardware repairs
• Ordering computer equipment and office supplies
• Managing the inventory of computer parts and equipment
• Handling and managing permissions in subordinate IT systems
• Keeping records of computer hardware and software
• Supervising the proper functioning of computer hardware
• Overseeing the antivirus system
• Managing Office 365 licenses

Our requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• At least secondary education
• Knowledge of computer construction and repair, as well as software installation
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networks and basic skills in configuring network devices
• Knowledge of Windows AD and MS Office 365 solutions
• Proficiency in English sufficient to use technical documentation and communicate with English-speaking users
• Willingness to work on-site at the company's headquarters (about 35 km from Wrocław)
