R2R Technology Consultant

Your tasks:

• Lead the implementation of BlackLine, Trintech, or similar R2R tools, including design sessions, data validation, UAT coordination,
• Work with both business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions
• Take full ownership of tool configuration – set up rules, workflows, mappings, and ensure alignment with client processes
• Act as point of contact for software vendors, coordinating technical and functional aspects of the implementation
• Support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through the change process
• Recommend best practices and support continuous improvement in methodology, tools, and processes
• Assist in defining efficient, scalable, and cost-effective finance technology solutions

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in finance operations, ideally within Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Hands-on experience with BlackLine, Trintech, or similar financial close automation tools
• Strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of these platforms – including the ability to configure them independently
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft
• Background in business analysis (gathering requirements, documenting specs, UAT, deployment)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
