Senior SAP FIN Consultant

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience in end-to-end template implementation programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in HANA.
• Template roll-out experience, including fit-to-standard workshops, cutover, and client engagement.
• Management accounting process experience.
• Hands-on SAP HANA skills in:
• Product costing
• Material Ledger
• Cost center accounting
• Profit center and partner profit center accounting
• Month-end processes
• Good communication skills in English (local CEE language skills and other languages are a plus).
• Experience in client-facing roles, engaging stakeholders ranging from end users to client country management.
• Consulting skills.
• Experience working with development teams to design and test localizations (WRICEFs).
• Overall understanding of FI (GL, AP, AR, AM) and integration with sales and production.

Nice to Have:

• Chartered accountant experience or working experience in financial reporting.
