Design and conduct independent mixed-methods user research across a particular functional domain
Interact with cross-functional stakeholders to determine requirements, set expectations of UX Research based on scope, level of efforts, and timelines, and advocate for user insights to create effective products that deliver value to users and the business.
Design and propose research plans and determine appropriate methodologies and tools to optimize data collection and meet intended outcomes.
Conduct and analyze user experience and behavior through a variety of methods, including ethnography, interviews, surveys, benchmark studies, usability tests, workshopping methods, and rapid prototyping to inform product decisions.
Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Researchers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through strong presentation skills (both written reports and in-person presentations)
Qualifications
5+ years of professional research experience
At minimum Bachelor's degree required (like: UX, Design, Service Design, Sociological studies, Research studies, Data Analytics etc.)
Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods and data analysis tools
Experience with complex journey mapping is preferred
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Some experience in meeting/ workshop facilitatio
Fluent use of digital mapping and interactive tools like Miro/ Mural
Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment is a plus
