ServiceNow Manager

Your tasks:

• Transformation of client BPO/ GBS/ SSC query related processes in the areas of IT, HR, Finance, etc.
• Provide recommendation on “To Be” Connect to Resolve model to meet global, best in class standards
• Provide guidelines on the technology set up to meet the requirements of transformed C2R model for particular service line
• Prepare user stories and use cases to define requirements for system adjustments
• Preparing process maps for C2R, supported with roles and responsibilities (RACI), and SLA and KPIs

Your profile:

• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow platform in the areas of: Finance & Control and Customer Service
• Understanding of Connect to Resolve/ Query to Resolve processes
• Experience in analyzing and understanding the business need and managing ServiceNow requirements
• Experience in working with IT, developers, operations with focus on delivering the agreed outcome/ product/ requirement in ServiceNow
• Ability to translate requirements into a business case
• Understanding of different Service Delivery Models (GBS/ SSC/BPO/hybrid/BOT etc.)
• General process knowledge – AP/ AR/ GL/ MDM (others as advantage)
• Fluent English (additional language such as French and/or German is a plus)
