Services Line Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee hiring, releases, and salary settings
• Oversee the performance evaluation process, including development plans and regular discussions
• Approve time records, expenses, and business travel (with General Manager)
• Align individual, team, and company goals
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members
• Represent the team in external and official forums
• Drive innovation and implement process improvements in collaboration with relevant units
• Resolve issues beyond Team Leaders' control
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment
• Identify and mitigate risks within area of responsibility
• Pursue continuous personal and professional growth

Requirements: 

• You are a seasoned people manager
• You have been a part of service delivery and/or support organization and are familiar with business processes related to both domains
• In your career you held customer facing jobs
• You have proficient communication skills to articulate technical matters to both clients and internal personnel
• Your English is fluent, both written and spoken
• You have experience from working in Telco sector
• You have a degree in engineering or similar field of studies
• Experience within following areas is of additional merit
