About You:

You are an experienced software engineer and architect with a passion for excellence in technical solutions. You have a proven track record of leading technology teams and overseeing long-term technical strategies for core products. Your curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement and leadership drive you to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will translate the long-term product vision into a technical strategy, enabling our platform to handle significantly higher loads. You will mentor other engineers, ensuring their technical designs align with the overall strategy. To gain a deep understanding of our platform, you will actively code with different teams and review their work.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong passion and energy for delivering innovative software.
• Extensive experience with enterprise-level software development using a broad .NET stack.
• Proficiency in working with MS SQL Server.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative work style.
• Familiarity with best SDLC practices, including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of modern application architecture and integration patterns.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures, and object-oriented programming.
• Professional experience in designing and building REST APIs.
