- Collaboration with project stakeholders, implementation project activities to achieve project and client goals

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 7-8 year experience in Software Testing and 2+ years of experience in Software Test Management
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent client facing skills
- Excellent business communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Expertise in test management tools, testing and reporting tools
- Ability to guide and support Senior Test Automation Engineers and Senior Testers
- ISTQB Test Manager certification is required
- Fluency in English (minimum B2+ level) for effective communication
