Enablon Consultant

The opportunity

The Senior shall provide technical services for ESG solutions on Enablon along with proven Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) & Sustainability (ESG) subject matter knowledge to work efficiently with our key clients in their digital solution implementations. Knowledge of other market-leading EHS tools like Sphera, Cority, and Intelex will be beneficial.

The Senior will be responsible for working closely with Managers and Senior Managers on client engagements. The role requires in-depth functional knowledge of the various Enablon modules.

The candidate is expected to possess well-developed communication skills. The Senior will be based out of our Warsaw/Wrocław offices.

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide support and enhancement on Enablon Platform solutions in response to specific data, organizational, and operational requirements.

• Implement Enablon digital solutions for clients worldwide. Assist with system configuration, integration, training, roll-out, support, maintenance, and improvements.

• Support client teams as required to configure/deploy Enablon solutions; specific activities include configuring components within the solution, analyzing/migrating data, and developing custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces. • Ensure quality in delivering client service by directing daily progress of assigned deliverables and informing supervisors of engagement status.

• Receive direction from the Manager, Senior Manager, and Partner.

• Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data. Explain the client's critical success factors to the engagement team.

• Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Enablon (mandatory), Sphera, Cority, or Intelex (Nice to have)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.

• 3+ years of experience in consulting work experience in EHS digital solution implementation/support.

• Experience with the following modules of Enablon in design, build, test, and deployment:

•           Health & Safety Management

•           Environment Management

•           Metrics Management (ESG Suite)

•           Audits & Inspections

•           Waste Management

•           Risk and Compliance Management

•           Reports, Rules, Approval and Form Factories

Following technical skills will be considered a bonus:

• Enablon Builder experience or understanding of Nabsic programming 

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills

• Ability and comfort level in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies

• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
