The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud – Senior Consultant to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Enterprise Performance Management products.

Your key responsibilities

As a Oracle Fusion Cloud – Senior Consultant, you'll work for implementation projects, ensuring the compliance of project deliverables with standards, and guide a team of developers. You’ll communicate with stakeholders while demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented approach to learning new technologies. Here you find a more exhaustive list:

• Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
• Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion finance modules like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Participate in design reviews and discussions
• Map client requirements against like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Should be able to interpret functional requirements from onsite and able to deliver and design it from offshore
• Design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion
• Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
• Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Prepare test scripts and test cases
• Conduct trainings
• Prepare quality deliverables

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 3 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP fusion finance
• Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations in Fusion finance modules
• Prior experience of EBS finance is good to have.
• Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role

Ideally, you’ll also have

• German or English skills
• MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications
