Product Engineer with German

Your responsibilities:

• Conceptual and methodical development of technical solutions
• Technological research and benchmarking of products
• Creating product structure in CAD and detailed CAD data (3D models, drawings) – working with SolidWorks and 3DX
• Basic strength calculations of the product (deflection, tension), MES analysis
• Critical analysis of technical solutions
• Analysis of problems and root causes
• Development and documentation of decision-making bases for concepts
• Initiating and coordinating requests for quotations and feasibility clarifications with suppliers
• Estimating/calculating production costs for conceptual decisions
• Supporting the project manager in FMEA analysis, risk assessment, and CE compliance
• Recording and maintaining master data for articles and part lists in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
• Testing ERP configurators
• Documenting conducted tests and reporting to the project team

Our requirements:

• Fluency in German and English (at least B2 level)
• Knowledge of technical drawings and building plans
• Project experience – nice to have
• Analytical thinking skills and product quality assessment ability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft 365
• Willingness to travel occasionally (Switzerland, Germany, France)
• Proactive and independent work attitude
