You will be joining Fudo Security's Product Management team with a big mission to build the most innovative secure remote access products in the world. Our team's success is based on extraordinary creativity, incredible team spirit, but also on day-to-day professionalism, and leveraging research and insights.

About the role:

As the Product Manager for Fudo Security, you will play a key role in helping shape the way the entire world perceives Fudo Security and the company's products. You’ll help build products that will change how companies manage privileged access.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management team. As our Product Manager, you will partner with other leaders to develop, evolve and deliver world-class global product strategy for Fudo Security. You will be part of the greater PM team and will work cross-functionally. You will be in charge of the whole product roadmap and will be responsible for the successful execution of everything that will be included in it.

Your role will cover product roadmap, strategy, planning, quant & qual research analysis, communication with partners and customers, and of course, execution of the roadmap.

What you'll do:

• You will work cross-functionally to oversee the roadmap, design and delivery for Fudo Security’s products.
• You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams to drive a product strategy, alignment and execution.
• Draft Product Requirements Documents and/or mockups to effectively translate business/customer needs into technical requirements.
• You’ll work with Engineering and Business teams to define acceptance criteria meeting the definition of “Ready”.
• Lead the planning of product release timelines and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvements.
• Maintain a solid understanding of product capabilities, gaps, and short-term roadmap.
• Continually find ways to iterate and make our product experiences better to drive greater product adoption and user engagement - translating customer pain points into smooth, intuitive user experiences.

What we're looking for:

• You have 4+ years of B2B product management experience. An additional enterprise B2B product management experience is valued.
• You have demonstrated experience leading product strategies for tech companies.
• You have strong communication and project management skills with a proven ability to collect and distill opinions while motivating a team to achieve aggressive goals.
• You're a strategic thinker and exceptional executor who can deliver projects within strict timelines with excellent attention to detail.
• Except high strategic skills, you have ‘hands-on’ attitude thanks to which you don’t only plan and execute tasks but you can also roll up your sleeves and act. 
• You balance creative and strategic excellence, flipping between big picture thinking and pixel-perfect craft.
• Your planning skills are above average and enable high work quality. 
• You’re interested in the cybersecurity world, eager to learn more and dive into this topic. 
• You speak English fluently and can communicate with international clients with ease. 
• You speak Polish fluently.
