Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D initiatives to test, evaluate, and improve AI models for our gaming applications.
• Develop specialized tools and frameworks that enhance AI model capabilities and integration.
• Design and implement evaluation metrics and testing pipelines for AI systems.
• Create automation tools that leverage AI to support development and design teams.
• Research and prototype novel AI applications for gaming experiences.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree or doctorate in a relevant field (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science).
• 3 years of practical experience in AI/ML research and development.
• Experience with model evaluation, testing methodologies, and benchmarking.
• Experience developing AI assistant tools and frameworks that enhance model capabilities.
• Proficiency in creating custom tooling for AI models to improve their performance and functionality.
• Strong Python programming skills with an emphasis on AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent architectures.
• Familiarity with the Unity platform.
• Experience in building AI tools for creative applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
