    We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager specializing in Monetization to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our pricing, packaging, and billing experiences. Reporting to the Head of Product Growth, you will shape how users upgrade, renew, and pay for our products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Data & Analytics, Product, UX, Marketing, Finance & Legal, and Customer Success—to drive revenue growth, enhance user satisfaction, and maximize long-term customer value.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Lead monetization strategy: Own and evolve our monetization strategy, including pricing and packaging, as well as revenue growth. Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align strategy with market dynamics, competitive insights, and user needs.
    • Design seamless upgrade journeys: Optimize in-app, email, and sales-assisted upgrade paths. Craft intuitive experiences that transition users from free to paid and encourage movement to higher-tier plans, maximizing conversion rates and user satisfaction.
    • Optimize billing processes: Oversee the entire billing ecosystem, including payment gateways and subscription management. Work cross-functionally to ensure billing reliability, reduce payment failures, and enhance the overall payment experience.
    • Drive churn reduction initiatives: Analyze churn-related data to identify root causes, particularly those tied to billing and payment failures. Partner with retention, customer success, and other teams to develop and implement strategies that proactively mitigate churn, such as smart retry mechanisms, dunning processes, and personalized retention offers.
    • Run experiments & iterate: Lead A/B tests on pricing models, packaging experiments, and upselling flows. Leverage data and user feedback to refine strategies and maximize revenue growth opportunities.
    • Execute and collaborate with IT teams: Work closely with IT and engineering teams to manage the product backlog, ensuring efficient execution of monetization strategies and billing improvements. Translate strategic objectives into actionable development tasks.
    • Own monetization metrics: Track key monetization KPIs, from upgrade conversion rates to churn and lifetime value. Provide leadership with actionable insights, experiment results, and strategic recommendations.


    Skills we are looking for:

    • 3+ years in product management or growth role: Proven track record in a product management role, ideally within the B2B or/and SaaS industry, with a focus on driving monetization initiatives and/or overseeing billing processes (required)
    • Monetization strategy expertise: 2+ years specializing in SaaS monetization, pricing strategy, or subscription management roles, with proven experience designing and implementing successful monetization strategies (required)
    • Billing systems proficiency: Hands-on experience with payment gateways, subscription billing platforms, and optimizing payment success rates to minimize churn and failed transactions.
    • Data analysis and experimentation: Proficient in BI tools, A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven decision-making. Experience interpreting complex data sets to guide pricing, packaging, and upgrade strategies.
    • Knowledge of product growth trends: Up-to-date understanding of product growth trends and best practices, with the ability to translate these insights into actionable monetization strategies.


    Salary range:

    • Contract of employment: 17 000- 25 000 PLN gross/month
    • B2B contract: 903 - 1434 PLN net/man-day
