Greetings, we are Glass Cannon Unplugged—a team dedicated to creating innovative tabletop gaming experiences. We are seeking a dedicated part-time Full-Stack PHP Developer (20 hours per week) to take full ownership of our e-commerce platform. In this solo developer role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing both the back-end and front-end functionalities of the platform.
You’ll be working independently to ensure seamless user experiences and robust back-end operations, delivering new features and optimizing performance across the board.
This role requires someone comfortable with full ownership of a project, from database structure to responsive front-end design.
- Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our e-commerce platform using PHP and Laravel (back-end) and front-end technologies.
- Design and implement new features, both for user-facing interfaces and back-end processes.
- Build responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly front-end components.
- Debug, test, and optimize both back-end and front-end functionalities to ensure reliability and performance.
- Manage the entire development lifecycle, from planning and coding to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals and gather feedback for improvements.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or opportunities for optimization.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining e-commerce platforms, including handling both back-end and front-end development tasks.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework for back-end development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and building user-friendly interfaces.
- Knowledge of MySQL and experience with database design and optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or higher, spoken and written).
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including Vue.js or React.
- Experience with third-party API integrations and payment gateways.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Strong eye for design and understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Interest in tabletop gaming and familiarity with our products.
- Salary: 6,500–10,000 PLN gross for half-time work, 20 hours per week.
