Project Manager

The Role: 

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager (PM) to play a key role within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of both internal and external projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget - all while maintaining high-quality standards. 

As a PM, you will contribute to organizational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and the achievement of strategic objectives by proactively seeking solutions, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks. 

Team Structure: 

The PM will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders, reporting directly to senior leadership. This position is a central coordination point, aligning efforts across departments to achieve project goals efficiently. 

This role is critical for ensuring seamless project execution, driving results, and supporting the organization’s growth and success. 

What you’ll do with us: 

● Manage and oversee multiple internal and external projects from initiation to completion.

● Track project statuses, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals. 

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions. 

● Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to maintain high standards and ensure timely delivery. 

● Anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. 

● Communicate progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders through transparent, concise reporting. 

● Foster a proactive problem-solving culture and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. 

● Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. 

● Conduct project evaluations post-completion to capture lessons learned and improve future processes. 

You’re a great fit if: 

● You have 10 years of IT project management experience. 

● You hold a Master’s degree in Project Management or a related field.

● You have proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. 

● You are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or others) and tools. 

● You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and find solutions. 

● You have excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities. 

● You have outstanding communication and reporting abilities to keep stakeholders informed. 

● Your communication and leadership skills enable you to motivate teams and engage stakeholders effectively. 

● You can communicate fluently in English (we are an English-speaking company) 

● You are available to work partially on-site from the Warsaw office. 

It will be a plus if: 

● You have experience working in a cross-functional or international team environment.

● You’re familiar with industry-specific tools, software, or standards relevant to Web3 space.
